In 2013, The Commercial Bank (P.S.Q.C.), one of Qatar’s leading banks, became its main shareholder, and on December 19, 2016, it became a 100% subsidiary of The Commercial Bank. With this transformation, Alternatif Bank continues to make steady progress as a significant player in both national and international markets.
As one of the dynamic and key players in the banking and finance sector, Alternatif Bank chose to leverage the expertise of D-CAT Technologies’ Business Intelligence team during the implementation phase of SAP BusinessObjects solutions.
The Alternatif Bank SAP BO project began with the goal of planning and addressing all analytical needs while creating a centralized infrastructure that end-users could easily access and benefit from. The project, including end-user training, was successfully completed in approximately 80 days.
