Project Objectives 

Mitsubishi Electric Turkey initiated a project to centralize operational data and enable advanced analytics for fast, forward-looking decision-making. The goal was to establish a centralized reporting and analysis platform to streamline access to critical information. 

For this special project, Mitsubishi Electric Turkey partnered with D-CAT Technologies’ Business Intelligence Team. 

Project Highlights 

The project involved filtering data from Mitsubishi Electric’s globally sourced systems to align with local needs and integrating it into a data warehouse in Turkey. Completed in three phases, the project achieved the following milestones: 

1. Enhanced Data Accessibility: 

1. Operational departments accessed data via SAP BusinessObjects‘ rich, visually powerful, fast, flexible, and user-friendly interface. 

2. Accelerated Analysis: 

1. Enabled faster analytics and reporting for data-driven insights. 

3. Integrated Reporting: 

1. Created integrated reports by combining data from diverse sources within Mitsubishi Electric Turkey. 

4. Self-Service Reporting: 

1. Empowered departments to generate their reports independently using SAP BusinessObjects’ self-service capabilities, minimizing reliance on IT resources. 

Outcome and Impact 

This collaboration between Mitsubishi Electric Turkey and D-CAT Technologies resulted in a robust, centralized system that transformed data management and reporting processes. The project enhanced operational efficiency, improved decision-making speed, and supported Mitsubishi Electric Turkey’s commitment to innovation and sustainability.
