In line with its commitment to operational excellence, Panasonic Eco Solutions Turkey partnered with D-CAT Technologies’ Business Intelligence Team to implement a centralized reporting and analysis platform that streamlines information access for its users.

The initial phase of the project involved a thorough review of existing reporting and analysis processes to identify user challenges and requirements. Based on these insights: 

• A new data warehouse was designed to consolidate data from multiple sources. 

• Reports were structured to provide users with clear and actionable insights.
