Project Scope and Achievements
The project aimed to automate processes that were previously managed manually within the organization. The first phase of the project was completed within a short period of 10 days.

- The data sources of manually created reports were analyzed and optimized to allow automatic data retrieval from the system.
- Formula Integration:
Formulas used in reports were incorporated into the database developments, ensuring more efficient reporting.
- Web Intelligence Reporting:
Report developments were carried out using SAP BusinessObjects Web Intelligence, resulting in faster and more accurate report generation.
Results
- Reports that previously required 2 days of manual effort can now be generated daily through the SAP BusinessObjects platform at any desired time.
- Reports are automatically distributed via email to relevant channels, eliminating manual effort and reducing the risk of human error.
- Significant savings in labor and enhanced accuracy were achieved.
